Work With Me
Personal development for professional impact
Most people work with me in a period of change. A promotion. A pivot. A pattern of negative feedback. An exciting opportunity that brings new pressure. A personal shift that affects how they lead and live.
They need a knowledgeable partner—someone outside their organization—who will challenge them honestly and support their personal development as they step into what is next. I help them get clear on where they are heading, who they want to be in this next chapter, what is holding them back, and how to align their actions intentionally with what matters most.
Coaching Services
A focused 90-minute conversation to work through a specific challenge, decision, or leadership situation you're facing right now. You'll leave with real clarity and a concrete next step you can act on immediately.
Six sessions to trace what's actually driving your leadership, whether that's one pattern or several, and meaningfully shift how you lead. This might mean building a skill, getting clear on your own leadership style and strengths, gaining structural clarity, or doing real root cause work.
Twelve sessions over six months, including a leadership assessment and 360 feedback interviews with the people you work with, built to work across the many aspects of your leadership, especially navigating a significant transition. You'll test real changes through an evolving cycle of experiments, each one building on the last, until the shift genuinely holds under pressure.
