Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Tine Reese Coaching & Growth, LLC ("we," "us," or "the Coach"). By using this website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Return Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Our Services

We offer individual coaching, group coaching, and coaching and facilitation for organizations.

  • Individual coaching (Clarity Session, Groundwork, and Deep Roots) begins after a conversation with the Coach and is governed by a separate written coaching agreement signed before payment.

  • Organizational engagements, including sponsored coaching, team coaching, trainings, and workshops, are governed by a separate signed agreement or proposal.

  • Group coaching is the only service available for direct purchase on this website. Group coaching purchases are governed by these Terms, including Section 3, and our Return Policy. The details of each series, including dates, times, and price, are listed on its product page.

If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

We may decline a registration or engagement before it begins if we believe our services aren't the right fit for you, or that another professional would serve you better. If we decline after you've paid, you will receive a full refund.

Reading this website, submitting a contact form, or booking a discovery call does not create a coaching relationship. Individual and organizational coaching begins only after a signed agreement and payment; group coaching begins with a completed purchase. Please provide accurate, complete information on any form you submit.

2. Purchases and Payment

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Group coaching is paid in full at checkout, and your seat is confirmed once payment is complete. Seats are for the purchaser only and cannot be shared or transferred.

If a service is listed at an incorrect price, we may correct the error and will offer you a full refund if you prefer not to proceed at the correct price.

Refunds are governed by our Return Policy and, for individual and organizational services, by your signed agreement.

3. Group Coaching

Group confidentiality: By joining a group, you agree to keep confidential what other participants share, including their names, roles, organizations, and stories, during and after the series. You may share your own experience and learning. The Coach will set and model confidentiality agreements with the group but cannot guarantee that every participant will keep them. The Coach keeps what you share confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, where there is an imminent or likely risk of harm to you or others, or where illegal activity is disclosed.

Recordings: The teaching portion of each session is recorded and shared only with participants in that series, who can access recordings for ninety (90) days after the final session. Group discussion and live coaching are not recorded. You may not record, download, screen-record, or share any session or recording. The Coach may keep teaching recordings indefinitely.

Conduct: You agree to participate respectfully. The Coach may remove a participant for harassment, discrimination, selling to other participants, breaching the group's confidentiality, or other conduct that disrupts the group. Refunds after removal are described in our Return Policy.

Your participation: You choose how much to share and may decline live coaching at any time. Some activities invite you to ask people you work with for feedback; you choose whether to do this and whom to ask.

Referral to other professionals: If issues arise that are better addressed by a therapist, counselor, medical provider, or other professional, the Coach may recommend a referral and may recommend that you pause or leave the group. Refunds in that case are described in our Return Policy.

Employer reimbursement: If your employer pays for or reimburses your participation, the Coach shares nothing about your participation with your employer without your written consent.

Testimonials: The Coach will share a testimonial from you, or disclose that you participated, only with your written permission.

Attendance and changes: Sessions run as scheduled whether or not every participant attends. If minimum enrollment is not met, or the Coach must cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as early as possible and refunded as described in our Return Policy.

Credential verification: If the Coach applies for an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential, you consent to the Coach sharing only your name, contact information, and series dates with the ICF, solely to verify coaching hours.

After you register: You will receive a welcome email with a Group Coaching Agreement that restates these terms in more detail and explains how the series works. If anything in it differs from these Terms or our Return Policy, these Terms and the Return Policy apply.

4. Coaching Is Not Therapy

Coaching is a partnership focused on your goals, growth, and actions. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, financial, or business advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any mental health condition. Coaching is not a licensed profession, and the Coach does not act as a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical provider. If you need clinical support, please contact a licensed professional.

If you are working with a mental health professional, we recommend letting that provider know about your coaching.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. We make no guarantees about outcomes, including career and business outcomes such as a promotion, team performance, revenue, or business growth.

Testimonials on this website reflect individual experiences. Results vary, and past results don't guarantee yours.

5. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this website and all materials provided in our programs, including text, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, and graphics, belong to Tine Reese Coaching & Growth, LLC. You may use program materials for your own personal and professional development. You may not copy, distribute, sell, teach, or create derivative works from them without written permission.

The content on this website is for general information only and is not coaching or professional advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or our programs to harass, discriminate against, or sell to others; to share other participants' information; to record sessions without permission; or to interfere with the website's operation.

You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to this website or its systems, introduce malware or other harmful code, or post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, or defamatory. We may block access for anyone who violates these Terms.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

This website and our programs use third-party services, such as Squarespace and Google Meet, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

Coaching sessions and communications use video, email, and other technology, which is never completely secure. By using our services, you accept that risk. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This website and our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In no event will Tine Reese Coaching & Growth, LLC be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or any purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. If we cannot resolve it within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to attempt mediation in Spokane County, Washington, before pursuing other legal remedies. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees and costs. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you make a purchase applies to that purchase.

We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website at any time.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services.

Electronic communications: You agree to receive communications from us electronically. Electronic notices and acceptances, including checking a box at checkout, satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.

Events beyond our control: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as illness, severe weather, or internet or platform outages. If a session cannot take place, we will reschedule it or refund you as described in our Return Policy.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign them to a successor business.

Entire agreement: These Terms, our Return Policy, and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us for use of this website and group coaching purchases. Services covered by a separate signed agreement are governed by that agreement.
